As an Administrator you can create and control Service Users, determining which accounts they will have access to, and to what extent they can work with payments and transfers.

As a Service User the service will provide you with the ability to access your accounts and a facility to monitor and make payments, in accordance with the permissions granted to you by your System Administrator.
